The Chalmette Refinery Catalyst Powder Dump of September 6, 2010 Class Action

If you lived, rented or owned any property in the shaded area of this map on 09/06/2010 and sustained property damage, even if it was temporary in nature and/or had to clean the exterior and/or interior of your property and/or vehicle as a result of the powdery substance released by the Chalmette Refinery, you may be eligible for class action benefits. Area: An area bounded on the south by the northern bank of the Mississippi River, on the east by the center line of Louisiana Highway 47 (known as Paris Road), on the north by the southern boundary of the marsh located south of Bayou Bienvenue, and on the west by the eastern bank of the Inner Harbor Navigation Canal (known as the "Industrial Canal").
