Marc Frischhertz

Biography

Marc L. Frischhertz is a seasoned personal injury and civil litigation attorney practicing in the greater New Orleans area, and is a partner at Frischhertz & Impastato, LLC. He has spent his over 20 years as a trial lawyer with one, singular goal: obtaining the best result possible for his clients.

Since being admitted to the bar in 2004, he has developed a broad civil litigation practice with a particular focus on personal injury law, products liability, maritime and admiralty law, and workers compensation. He has successfully litigated maritime injury cases to trial in state and federal courts, obtaining multi-million dollar verdicts on behalf of his clients. He has also negotiated multi-million dollar settlements for clients when resolving the case was in the best interest of his client. His focus on client needs results in favorable results and life long relationships with those whom he has represented.

Marc is a New Orleans native and his family has deep roots in the community. He considers it and honor and a privilege to represent those who have sustained injuries as the result of the negligence of others and treats all cases with the focus and dedication his clients’ deserve.
