Gregory DiLeo, the founder and primary attorney at our firm, was admitted to practice in 1980. Since that time he has engaged in civil litigation, trying several jury trials, bench trials in personal injury cases and obtaining reversals and/or affirmations of personal injury cases before the state appellate courts. He has extensive expertise with case management and discovery, and he will use his skills to thoroughly prepare your claim and advocate for you in negotiations or litigation. Mr. DiLeo also conducts seminars for continuing legal education (CLE) on a range of topics, including effective mediation and settlement skills.
Mr. DiLeo has obtained an AV Preeminent rating* through Martindale-Hubbell, demonstrating the highest degree of legal ability and ethical standards. He has also been included in the list of Louisiana Super Lawyers for 2014.
Associate attorney Benjamin W. Gulick is a graduate of Tulane University Law School and is admitted to practice in both Louisiana state and federal courts. He works with attorney Greg DiLeo in all of the firm’s practice areas, including personal injury, insurance litigation, premises liability, class action and toxic torts.
