Biography

Vincent Impastato maintains a trial practice in various areas of personal injury, including motor vehicle litigation, longshore and harbor worker’s compensation, Louisiana state workers compensation, and premises liability. Vincent began practicing law for Frischhertz & Impastato in 2017. Within his first year of personal injury practice, he assisted in obtaining a jury verdict of over $1.5 million for a client in a premises liability trial against a casino in northern Louisiana. Since joining the Frischhertz & Impastato law firm, Vincent has continued to successfully advocate for his clients, obtaining millions of dollars in settlement negotiations and jury verdicts for his clients.

Vincent was born and raised in Jefferson Parish, where he resides with his son, Vincent Impastato, Jr. He has always remained active in the community as a volunteer baseball coach for the Kenner Recreation Department, a volunteer coach for football and baseball teams at Girard Playground in Metairie, and he is also a volunteer coach in the New Orleans Spice travel baseball organization.

Vincent began his legal career as a criminal defense attorney at Regan Law Firm, allowing him to gain invaluable experience in the court room trying criminal cases in various courts throughout Louisiana. Vincent graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2012. While at Loyola, he participated in Loyola’s Law Clinic, allowing him to litigate various criminal cases in Orleans Parish Criminal District Court as a student-practitioner for the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office. He served as the Chief of Staff of Loyola’s Trial Advocacy program and represented Loyola by competing and coaching in various national mock-trial competitions. Mr. Impastato was also a student member of the St. Thomas More Inn of Court, and a member of the Maritime Law Society and Maritime Law Journal.
